Fort Twierdzy Brzeskiej - Lebiedziew

W niewielkiej wsi Lebiedziew w 1912 roku podjęto decyzję o budowie dużego fortu obronnego, który miał stanowić część drugiego pierścienia obronnego otaczającego Twierdzę Brzeską. Proces budowy trwał aż do 1915 roku. Zgodnie z rosyjską praktyką nadawania oznaczeń literowych nowym fortom w tym pierścieniu, fort w Lebiedziewie otrzymał symbol litery „L”.
