   Dzieje chaty sięgają lat 20. XX wieku, kiedy to została wykupiona przez profesora Akademii Rolniczej i przystosowana do celów mieszkalnych oraz pełniła funkcję domu letniskowego. Chata to charakterystyczna budowla, budowana w tamtych czasach - konstrukcja szkieletowa wypełniona gliną, dwuspadowy dach, trzcinowa strzecha. 

 

   W latach 80. chata przeszła remont, natomiast w latach 90. założono elektryczność. Jest to bardzo ciekawy obraz na tle architektury nadmorskiej. Niedostępny, oznaczony teren jako prywatny.
